Design and develop product platform and product line strategy for company’s products; Identify core competencies, innovation strategy and product differentiators; Develop strategy roadmaps for product development and IT implementation; Manage MDM/PIM implementation for clients, plan and oversee the overall engagement with the clients; Involve in overall project planning, estimation, delivery, tracking and execution; Manage implementation of the entire product development life cycle using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and integrating TFS with Microsoft Project. Design solutions in the retail, manufacturing, energy/oil and gas and distribution domains. Implement MDM/PIM solutions to optimize enterprise value chain, order-to-cash and customer-to-cash processes. Experience in Microsft .Net technologies, and SOA/webservice architectures.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (or Equivalent Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years IT job related experience)

Duties:

You will be responsible for driving all aspects of product implementation, including project planning, management and execution. This role requires the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, manage customer expectations, oversee internal teams, assess and mitigate risks, and ensure on-time and high quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Interface directly with customers at executive and administration levels to communicate Riversand’s implementation process, set and manage expectations, and oversee client relationship during implementation.
• Produce and manage implementation timelines defining scope of project, resource assignments, and timelines.
• Conduct internal and external status review meetings, and report project progress to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
• Oversee on-time delivery of all aspects of Riversand’s implementation
• Train customers on the product, including operations integration and first-level technical support
• Work with Product Managers to define new product requirements
• Represent Implementation department interests including bug triage, product enhancement design and development projects.
• Consistently evaluate and improve the implementation processes
• Think logically, communicate clearly, and be well organized

Qualifications:

• Experience in large and complex MDM/ERP/CRM implementations
• Good knowledge of MDM concepts and fundamentals
• Project management skills including Microsoft Project proficiency
• Understanding of software development fundamentals and prior technical experience
• Established track record in on-time project delivery
• Risk management experience
• Demonstrated success in customer management
• Proven organizational and technical skills
• Excellent written and oral presentation communication skills

Duties:

We’re looking for implementation leads that will be responsible for the successful implementation of our products by leading and directing our product implementation teams. Duties involve development, analysis, and implementation of our product for our global clients. The position will involve analysis, design and coding tasks to ensure successful delivery of complex, multi-year, global implementations. The implementation lead works in conjunction with other team leads and project managers to ensure the timely, on-budget delivery of the product.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical project oversight and leadership to successfully implement the product for the client.
• Work with Project Manager to produce and manage implementation team’s duties by defining scope of project, resource assignments, and timelines.
• Oversee on-time delivery of all aspects of Riversand Technologies Inc.’s implementation
• Train clients on the product, including operations integration and second-level technical support
• Work with Product Managers to define new product requirements
• Represent Implementation department interests including bug triage, product enhancement design, and development projects.
• Consistently evaluate and improve the implementation processes
• Think logically, communicate clearly, and be well organized

Qualifications:

• Has experience in leadership roles in large MDM/ERP/CRM implementations with at least 1 full cycle implementation experience in a Lead role.
• Has good knowledge of .NET Programming languages and environment
• Has experience working with Windows environment and with SQL databases
• Has knowledge of technical infrastructure, networking, and system operations
• Has knowledge of hardware capacity planning and high availability solutions
• Is able to think logically, communicate clearly, and be well organized
• Is a quick learner and has good technical fundamentals
• Is able to do extensive analysis and work independently (while following established programming guidelines), with minimal direction
• Has a high energy level and a desire to learn
