Riversand Announces MDMCenter V5.5 at the Gartner Master Data Management Summit
Las Vegas, NV., April 14, 2010 – Riversand Technologies, Inc. today announced the release of MDMCenter Version 5.5 from the Gartner Master Data Management (MDM) Summit. Benefits of the latest version of Riversand’s industry leading MDM Solution include faster time-to-market, improved data quality, improved data richness, and cost reductions through business process efficiencies. Key new functionality includes:
- Further extension of MDMCenter’s robust master data modeling capability
- A new Product Data Refinement module which streamlines data on-boarding and enrichment
- An enhanced Advanced Workflow module including improved management of bulk workflows
- Enhanced record matching and merging capabilities
These enhancements will provide Riversand clients with improved ability to model, aggregate, cleanse, manage and syndicate complex multi-entity master data across global organizations.
MDMCenter Version 5.5 was released in February, 2010 and is currently generally available to existing and new Riversand clients. The first implementation projects using this version of the software are already underway and are nearly complete.
With this new release, Riversand is poised to capture an increased share of the growing market for MDM Solutions. According to Gartner, "By 2012, more than 65% of Global 2000 organizations will deploy two or more domain-specific, MDM-supporting technologies that start out as specific business requirements and become part of a larger MDM initiative."
