Weatherford International Selects Riversand Technologies to Centralize and Automate Product Content Management

Riversand’s PCM solution will serve as foundation to standardize aggregation, management, and syndication of product information to trading partners and all corporate internal subscribers in an accurate and timely manner.

HOUSTON, -- October 1, 2003 – Riversand Technologies, (http://www.riversand.com), a Houston-based provider of Product Content Management (PCM) solutions, today announced that Weatherford International (NYSE: WFT), (http://www.weatherford.com), selected its PCM software technology in an initiative to centralize all of their product information. Weatherford will use the Riversand PCM solution to link suppliers, internal business units and customers to streamline the management of content aggregation, enrichment and syndication.
