Driving Consistency Across Digital Channels – Why PIM is Important

This topic has been of interest to multi-channel retailers, as evidenced in many of Peter’s reports.  In particular, Commerce Technology and Platform Trends 2013, included the results of a survey of multi-channel retail organizations on the commerce technology priorities they want to tackle in the coming year, and the survey found that 33% of the respondents were making PIM an e-commerce investment priority.
