Paul Wlodarczyk helps clients compete by improving their content lifecycles – business processes and workflows that span content collaboration, management, localization, publishing, and search. Paul brings over 30 years’ experience in business management, advisory, technology, operations, and software development, with expertise in the areas of enterprise content management, knowledge management, collaboration and workflow, technical publishing, user experience, learning technologies, and knowledge worker productivity.

Paul leads technology selection and strategy engagements for Earley & Associates. Technology selection projects focus on enterprise content management, search, user experience, and taxonomy management software. Prior to joining Earley & Associates, Paul served as CEO for Jorsek Software, publishers of the easyDITA component content management suite, and managed the business analytics practice at Northpoint Advisors, a marketing strategy consultancy. Earlier in his career, Paul established and led enterprise content management consultancies for JustSystems (a leading technology provider of XML technologies), Blast Radius (a full-service digital agency specializing in social commerce design, production, and managed services), and Xerox Global Services.

Paul serves organizations in high tech, process manufacturing, life sciences, aerospace, retail, energy, capital equipment, and travel industries. Seth Earley, CEO & Founder, Earley & Associates
Seth Earley is Editor, Data Analytics, IT Professional Magazine from the IEEE and CEO of Earley & Associates. His interests include Knowledge Strategy, Data and Information Architecture, Search-based Applications and Information Findability solutions. Andrew Simpson, Vice President, Business Development, Riversand
Mr. Simpson has over 22 years of Sales, Marketing and Business Development experience at innovative companies that provide significant value to clients. He has been with Riversand for 8 years and is responsible for alliances and channel partner programs, strategic positioning, and the Valuestream ROI assessment program.

Before joining Riversand, Mr. Simpson launched his own company, LeadPort, a performance-based business development company. Prior to LeadPort, Mr. Simpson was a Sales Director at Compete, Inc, an online market research company. In addition, Mr. Simpson was responsible for worldwide Sales at iXmatch, an advanced search technology company. Mr. Simpson was also successful in a variety of roles at Net Perceptions – a leader in personalization solutions – including Sales, Business Development and Product Manager while helping to take the company public. Earlier in his career, he worked in strategic Marketing and Sales roles at IBM, Parametric Technology Corporation and the Open Software Foundation(now the Open Group). Mr. Simpson has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University.
