According to Gartner’s latest study, “Critical Capabilities for Master Data Management Solutions,” 80% of respondents identified “a desire for operational efficiencies in purchasing a master data management (MDM) solution.”
In the report, Gartner scored 13 vendors to help MDM buyers understand their options in the market.

Riversand scored 2nd highest in 5 of the 6 use cases: MDM of B2B Customer Data, MDM of Buy-Side Product Data, MDM of Sell-Side Product Data, Multidomain MDM, and Multivector MDM.
Riversand scored the third highest in the MDM of B2C Customer Data use case.
Each of the 13 vendors in the study qualified to participate by providing Gartner at least 20 “live” reference customers, and all of those customers had to have gone live since 01 January 2018.
